4 out of 5 children in Ireland are still not getting enough exercise* posing serious risks to their health and wellbeing. As well as physical development we also understand the importance of child well being and pride ourselves on developing the children’s self-esteem and confidence. We do this through group participation and discreetly introducing them to strategies through fun activities and games that encourage and empower them to self manage their physical well being by:
